Wayne spent 9 years working at HMP Winchester, serving in all areas of the jail.
As a Supervising Officer, he led teams responsible for the day-to-day running of prison wings and also headed a team of trusted prisoners who helped
refurbish and repair the historic prison. Wayne will take you behind the scenes of prison life and share stories from his time inside.
He also will explore the fascinating history of HMP Winchester and the changing role of the prison over the years.
An insightful, entertaining and personal look behind the prison walls.
